In San Francisco again, many Spanish-Speaking people were complaining about services offered at the Mission Neighborhood Health Center. 800 patients organized to boycott and picket the Center when its board refused to hold elections. Elections were finally held and the patients' candidates won 12 our of 16 board seats.
